Sep 14, 2022 · There is no point in going over 100 percent gov cost reduction since you always pay at minimum 1 percent of dev, so you wouldnt really even want to centralize more than maybe twice anyway (2 centralize cycles is -50% and you can get the other -25%/-50% from a courthouse/townhall eventually), and reserve dropping state houses for provinces where ... Basicly the lower your autonomy the more the province provides to your nation overall in manpower and cash. With a territory you cannot ever get below 75% autonomy. With a state and territorial core you cannot get below 50% autonomy. With a state and full core you can have 0% autonomy.
